15. IRDO mednarodna znanstveno-poslovna konferenca DRUŽBENA ODGOVORNOST IN IZZIVI ČASA 2020: OSEBNA IN DRUŽBENA ODGOVORNOST ZA TRAJNOSTNO PRIHODNOST«, je potekala 4. in 5. junija 2020 v Mariboru, kot spletna izvedba konference. Na njej je sodelovalo 50 avtorjev iz devetih držav in z 42 referati. Častna pokroviteljica konference je bila Sonja Šmuc, generalna direktorica Gospodarske zbornice Slovenije. Avtorji in razpravljalci, vključno z znanstveniki in drugimi raziskovalci, vrhunskimi svetovalci, drugimi strokovnjaki in praktiki so na konferenci izmenjali teoretične poglede in praktične izkušnje ter predstavili poglede na osebno in družbeno odgovornost ter njun prispevek k trajnostnemu razvoju. Individualna odgovornost je predpogoj za družbeno odgovornost, brez širše okoljske in družbene odgovornosti ni preživetja človeštva ali orodja za dosego trajnostnega razvoja in prihodnosti. Tokrat je bil poudarek na delu posameznika, ki lahko družbo bistveno spremeni, zato njegova aktivna udeležba postane gonilna sila globalne prenove kjer koli. Teme konference v letu 2020 so bile: osebna odgovornost v odnosu do okolja, in družbe, družbena odgovornost v odnosu do ustvarjanja in potrošnje, organizacijska odgovornost in sistemsko vedenje, ekonomski in okoljski vidiki razvoja družbe, odgovorno upravljanje razvoja družbe in posameznika, mladi, starejši in družbena odgovornost. Hkrati je potekalo srečanje članov WOSC Slovenskega društva za sistemsko raziskovanje. Konferenco organizira petnajsto leto zapored Inštitut za razvoj družbene odgovornosti – IRDO, letos v sodelovanju z Univerzo v Mariboru ter drugimi podpornimi partnerji, sofinancer je Urad RS za mladino. Za verodostojnost besedil odgovarjajo avtorji sami. Prispevki niso lektorirani. Mnenja avtorjev niso nujno tudi mnenja uredništva. Vsi prispevki so bili v dvojni strokovni oz. znanstveni recenziji.

Abstract:
The 15th IRDO International Conference »Social Responsibility and Current Challenges 2020: PERSONAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURE« was held on 4th and 5th June 2020 in Maribor, as online conference implementation. It was attended by 50 authors from nine countries who introduced 42 papers. The honorary patron of the conference has been Sonja Šmuc, General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. Authors and discussants were from the ranks of scientists and other researchers, consultants, other professionals, practitioners and students. They have exchanged theoretical perspectives and practical experiences. They have presented their views on personal and social responsibility and their contributions to the sustainable development. Individual responsibility is precondition for social responsibility; without the wider environmental and societal responsibility there is no survival of humans and no tool for achieving sustainable development in the future. This time the focus was given to individual person and his work, which can significantly change the society. That's why his active participation becomes the driving force of global renewal anywhere. Topics of the conference in the year 2020 were: personal responsibility in relation to the environment and society, social responsibility in relation to creation and consumption, organizational responsibility and systemic behaviour, economic and environmental aspects of society development, responsible governance of the development of society and individuals, young people, the elderly and social responsibility. At the same time, a meeting of members of the Slovenian Society for Systems Research took place. The conference was organized for the fifteenth year in a row by the Institute for the Development of Social Responsibility - IRDO, this year in cooperation with the University of Maribor and other support partners, co-financed by the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Youth. The authors are responsible for the authenticity of the texts. Papers are not proofread. The opinions of the authors are not necessarily the opinions of the editorial board. All contributions were in double professional or scientific reviews.
