Opis:

14. IRDO mednarodna znanstveno-poslovna konferenca DRUŽBENA ODGOVORNOST IN IZZIVI ČASA 2019: DRUŽBENA ODGOVORNOST: RAZVOJ, UPORABA IN MERJENJE VPLIVA«, je potekala 20. in 21. junija 2019 v Mariboru. Na njej je sodelovalo 90 avtorjev iz osmih držav in s 56 referati. Častni pokrovitelj konference je bil Marjan Šarec, predsednik Vlade Republike Slovenije. Udeleženci so na njej izmenjali teoretične poglede in praktične izkušnje ter poskušali najti pravo pot za uvajanje družbeno odgovornega ravnanja v poslovne organizacije in, najpomembnejše, v ljudi. Na njej so sodelovali avtorji in razpravljalci, vključno z znanstveniki in drugimi raziskovalci, vrhunskimi svetovalci, drugimi strokovnjaki in praktiki. Teme konference v letu 2019 so bile: teoretični vidiki družbene, osebne in korporativne družbene odgovornosti, uporaba družbene odgovornosti (podjetij), orodja in sheme za merjenje družbene odgovornosti podjetij, izobraževanje, mladi in družbena odgovornost. Hkrati je ob 50-letnici delovanja potekalo tudi srečanje članov WOSC ter predstavitev 15-letnega dela Inštituta za razvoj družbene odgovornosti – IRDO. Konferenco organizira štirinajsto leto zapored Inštitut za razvoj družbene odgovornosti – IRDO, letos v sodelovanju z Univerzo v Mariboru, WOSC in IASCYS (znanstveni partnerji) ter drugimi podpornimi partnerji. Za verodostojnost besedil odgovarjajo avtorji sami. Prispevki nisoi niso lektorirani. Mnenja avtorjev niso nujno tudi mnenja uredništva. Vsi prispevki so bili v dvojni strokovni oz. znanstveni recenziji.

Abstract:

The 14th IRDO International Conference »Social Responsibility and Current Challenges 2019: Social responsibility: DEVELOPMENT, APPLICATIONS AND IMPACT MEASUREMENT" was held on 20th and 21st June 2019 in Maribor. It was attended by 90 authors from eight countries who introduced 56 papers. The honorary patron of the conference has been Marjan Šarec, President of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. The participants exchanged theoretical perspectives and practical experienced and tried to find the right way for the introduction of socially responsible practices in business organizations and, most importantly, people. Participants of the conference were authors and discussants from the ranks of scientists and other researchers, consultants, other professionals, practitioners and students. Topics of the conference in the year 2019 were: the theoretical aspects of social, personal, and corporate social responsibility, CSR applications, Measurement tools and schemes for CSR, Youth and social responsibility. At the conference, the WOSC 50th and the 15th year of IRDO jubilee were celebrated. The conference was a consecutive fourteenth conference on Social responsibility, organised by IRDO, this year in cooperation with the University of Maribor, WOSC and IASCYS and with support of many local and international supporting organisations and individuals. The authors themselves are responsible for the veracity of the contributions in English and Slovene. Contributions did not undergo a language proof. The opinions of the authors are not necessarily the opinions of the editorial board. All contributions have undergone double professional or scientific review.
