Central European University, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social sciences, Scientific Research Center Koper in cooperation with IRDO & ADO have organized SEMINAR (ROUND TABLE) on PUBLIC FINANCES IN SLOVENIA IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EU ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE AND REIMPLEMENTATION OF THE FISCAL RULE.

  • Rado Bohinc, Public finance system in Slovenia and EU economic governance,
  • Dušan Jovanovič, Tax aspects and public finances in Slovenia,
  • Borut Bratina, News in the field of state aid and the impact on public finances,
  • Mejra Festič, Current issues of EU monetary policy.
  1. Invited audience: professional and political public, media, students
  2. Goal: The seminar was a part of the project: ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE FROM A CENTRAL EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVE, State sovereignty and responsibility for a competitive economic integration within the European Union.

The aim was to present to the public the results of research as well as views and proposals on current issues of the public finance in the context of EU economic governance and reimplementation of the fiscal rule in the Republic of Slovenia.

  2. Registration & participation fee: For this seminar there was no participation fee.
