O konferenci
Konferenca inštituta IRDO z naslovom DRUŽBENA ODGOVORNOST IN IZZIVI ČASA v določenem časovnem obdobju izpostavlja izbrane teme v povezavi z družbeno odgovornostjo.
Na njej povezujemo teorijo s stroko, znanstveno plat s praktičnimi prikazi uporabe, povezujemo stroke interdisciplinarno z namenom čim bolj celovito pristopati k reševanju problemov sodobne družbe in človeka v njej.
Zanimive teorije in druge rešitve so vsako leto predavatelji izmenjali v družbi znanstvenikov, svetovalcev, operativnih strokovnjakov in mnogih drugih.
(2014), Načrtovanje in poročanje o družbeni odgovornosti (2015).
Zborniki, ki nastajajo ob teh konferencah, imajo trajno znanstveno-strokovno vrednost, saj omogočajo številnim bralcem prenos zbranih znanj v njihovo poslovno in drugo vsakdanjo prakso.

About the Conference
European Union defines social responsibility (SR) as one's responsibility for one's impacts on society.
The IRDO conference named SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CURRENT CHALLENGES exposes a selected topic pressing in the given period of time. The IRDO conference has since 2006 created the tradition of making a rich survey of the behaviour and development concerning the social responsibility (SR).
We associate the theory with the profession, the scientific aspect with the practical demonstrations of use, and connect professions inter-disciplinarily to provide a more holistic approach to solving the problems of the modern society and humans in it.
Interesting theories and other solutions were exchanged between lecturers - scientists, consultants, operational experts and many others.
Topics covered so far include: Social responsibility in general (2006), Managers' Role in the development of Social Responsibility in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations (2007), Social responsibility as contribution to stakeholders' long term success in market (2008), Work – a bridge to cooperation: relations with co-workers and different age generations (2009), Social responsibility: nature and humans (2010), Youth in focus of world changes (2011). In 2012 IRDO conference focused on Innovation of culture toward more social responsibility - the way out of socio-cultural crisis, and Education and communication for more social responsibility (2013), Health – personal and /or social responsibility? (2014), Planning and reporting about social responsibility (2015).
The participation (up to 200 participants each year) and growth in the number of contributors (2012 - in three days over 90 authors from Slovenia and from abroad presented their papers), has shown that especially in the professional and scientific community there is growing interest in knowledge about this topic.
Proceedings, produced at these conferences, have a long-lasting professional value, since they allows many readers to transfer the collected knowledge in their own business and other everyday practice. |
